Stony Point High School 
This past weekend the SPHS debate team travelled to Johnson High in San Antonio.
Junior Caitlin Smith won second place speaker.
Sophomore Arnav Hiray advanced to quarterfinals after going undefeated in preliminary rounds. He had to concede to his teammate.
Freshman Saharsh Tummalapelly also went undefeated in prelims and advanced to semifinals finishing tied for 3rd out of nearly fifty debaters.
